Well it happened again, it’s the second straight week the Top Ten gotta li’l shuffle! This week there were some key match-ups that opened some eyes around the state. Glastonbury had a Friday night date with Fairfield Prep where they brought the Jesuits down to the last and they showed the other teams in the state that they’re going to be there battling in March. Glastonbury moved from the ten to the six spot but some have speculated they should be higher, some important match-ups are around the corner that may dictate a higher spot. Coach Hoyt not only can coach but she is fun! After the meet both teams joined together for a bottle flip challenge.
There was no bottle flip challenge in Greenwich as the perennial power lost it’s second meet in as many weeks, this time it was the Rams of New Canaan who ended their drought against the Cardinals. New Canaan is having one of its better season’s having knocked of Darien earlier in the season, FCIAC’s should be interesting this year.
